United Taxi App Limited is committed to delivering excellent customer service. As a company we are very aware of the safeguarding issues of young children and vulnerable adults and take our responsibilities there very seriously.
Therefore all drivers and passenger assistants in our transport team have enhanced DBS checks, Emergency First Aid Training, Passenger assistant training, Safeguarding training and Epilepsy training where required.
We understand that the needs of the travelling young children and vulnerable adults are individual and special. Drivers and Passenger assistants are allocated a route on a permanent basis and meet with passengers and parents/carers prior to the start of the contract so they can get to know them and work out how best to resolve any potential issues. This all helps with a smooth transition.
Sometimes for unavoidable operational reasons it is necessary to have a relief driver or passenger assistant. Parents/carers are informed prior to any change in staff whether permanent or temporary allowing them time to prepare the passenger for the change.
We supply transport for Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils. We welcome all short and long term contracts or private hire at short notice.
